helpful staff amiable staff efficient desk informative concierge

i appreciated the helpful reception staff and the efficient customer service desk. the wait staff at breakfast was very amiable and tried their best to assist. i really enjoyed the helpful concierge team, especially ayoub, who helped me with my luggage. ayoub was also very informative.

loud noise broken machines

The incessant noise from the nightclubs downstairs made sleep nearly impossible. The music thumped until 4 AM. The gym needs serious attention, I found several machines out of order. We loved the location. but the noise issues soured the entire experience. It seems management prioritizes nightlife over guest comfort. Not ideal.

the staff was very helpful. i received a complimentary upgrade to an executive room, it was unexpected. the rooms met my expectations. the location of the hotel is convenient, close to key amenities.

the gym equipment was somewhat outdated, it could use some maintenance or replacement to improve the workout experience.
